Our calibration laboratory is EA accredited since 1988 by the Raad voor Accreditatie or in short RvA. For details on the RvA, please visit http://www.rva.nl. Starting from 2002 we transferred our quality system to digital. First digital version was mainly an HTML translation of a hardcopy version.

Our current system is a trully digital and no longer based on hardcopy. We have built it on a few Open Source killer applications :

• web-based workflow application

Really an amazing and extremely flexible web based application in which we implemented things like customer relation management, repair tracking, spare parts administration, correspondence and much more to come. Detailed information can be found on www.interleave.nl

• content management system

After thorough investigation, we have chosen for a Mysql database driven zms-publishing. Especially the configurable role feature of author, publisher etc. and the built in version control system with history archiving complies extremely well with the ISO regulations. • bulletin board

A very important issue in ISO regulation is involvement of all personnel. In order to achieve that we have implemented a full featured bulletin board on which major events are planned and followed. when you start using a bulletin board, you realize how many possibillities it has for an involved quality system.
